The ‘Interiora design studio ’ [ earlier known as Xllent Perspectives] is a leading interior designing firm based in Mumbai , was established by Interior designer Mr. Shinto Lazar in the Year of 2004 (incorporated as on 06 August 2021). It offers a competitive interior design service, right from conceptualizing the design to the execution of the project for residential, offices and retail outlets.

Our turnkey services gives you a one point of contact for all matters relating to your project. You will not need to co-ordinate between designers,various conracting teams and multipule vendors and agencies. How we work

Phase-1

Initial consultation

We meet you in person to understand your requirements in detail
We conduct site survey in the next possible date
We come up with a design proposal based on your requirements , which will consist of fit-out layout, look and feel presentation and rough estimate

Phase-2

On boarding

If you have liked what we proposed to you, get us on board by paying 20% of consulting fee.
We provide you with detailed 3D views of project
Once you approve the 3d views we provide you with detailed ‘Quote/B.O.Q as per the approved design and specifications

Phase-3

Execution

Once you approve the quote , pay us 20 % of the consultancy fee, and here we are good to start with execution work
We provide you with all construction documents.
we help u with material/furniture/hardware/furnishing/accessory selection
